Design & Develop: Work on a range of civil engineering projects, including site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management

Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure compliance with local and state regulations for permitting and construction
Project Management: Oversee project phases, manage timelines, and assist with client communications
Mentorship & Growth: Learn from experienced mentors and build a path to licensure (if you’re not already licensed)
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) from an accredited program
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification with a desire to pursue licensure
2+ years of experience in civil engineering design and site development
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar
Knowledge of local permitting processes, construction methods, and stormwater management
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
