Your Role:
Lead land development projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Design and manage site grading, stormwater management, and infrastructure planning with a focus on quality and sustainability.
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to turn your vision into reality and create actionable site plans.
Work with a collaborative team to ensure every project meets or exceeds regulatory standards and client expectations.
Take full ownership of your projects, from concept to completion, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in land development and civil engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (other engineering software a bonus).
A strong foundation in site grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure design.
BS in Civil Engineering (EIT or PE preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
