Tooling Engineer

The Tooling Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tooling solutions to support manufacturing processes. This role ensures that tools and fixtures are optimized for efficiency, quality, and safety, contributing to the overall productivity of the manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop tooling, fixtures, and gauges to support manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tooling requirements and improvements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new tooling projects.
• Oversee the fabrication, testing, and implementation of tooling solutions.
• Maintain documentation for tooling designs and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
