As an Employee Benefits Specialist, are you looking for an opportunity to be part of a team? You will support an established insurance team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and claims inquiries.
• Educate employees on benefits options, eligibility, and policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and insurance carriers to resolve issues and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain benefits records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Support open enrollment processes and benefits communications.
• Analyze benefits utilization and recommend program improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in employee benefits administration or HR.
• Knowledge of benefits plans and regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS and benefits administration software.
• HR or benefits-related certification preferred (e.g., CEBS).
