Overview: A well-established legal team is seeking an experienced Corporate & Business Attorney to join its growing practice. This is a partner-level opportunity for a motivated attorney with a strong background in corporate law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to client service.
Key Qualifications:
Deep knowledge of corporate and commercial law
Proven experience with mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, capital raises, reorganizations, and complex entity structures
Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical abilities
8+ years of legal experience (partner-level candidates preferred)
Active license to practice law in Texas
Compensation:
