Position Summary:
The Scheduler leads schedule creation, updates, forecasting, and risk analysis to support project teams from preconstruction through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain project schedules using CPM methodology
Track progress and update milestones regularly
Analyze delays, sequencing challenges, and recovery opportunities
Coordinate scheduling input with PMs, Supers, and subcontractors
Provide schedule reports for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in construction scheduling
Familiarity with P6 or MS Project preferred
