A well-established law firm is seeking a General Liability Associate with 5–10 years of litigation experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, energetic team with strong support staff and a balanced work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage files, particularly in general liability, auto defense (slip-and-fall), and worker's compensation defense cases
Handle day-to-day litigation tasks and client communications
Meet billable hour requirements of 1,800 hours, achievable without weekend or evening work
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services
Qualifications
5–10 years of litigation experience, preferably in general liability and defense work
Ability to manage cases independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and client-focused
