We are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the success of our projects, requiring a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strong interpersonal skills. The Architect will work closely with clients to bring their vision to life while ensuring designs are optimized for structural integrity and cost efficiency throughout the building process.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with leadership and management, contribute to design development, and play a vital role in client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
• Produce construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Engage with clients during the design phase to understand and translate their vision into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with the design team and leadership through conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases.
• Assist in researching and coordinating materials and products for project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Florida AIA License required.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
