A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee complex ground-up and renovation projects. Project experience may include data centers, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, labs, clean rooms, cold storage, and other technically demanding environments.
Position Highlights:
Traveling Superintendent role supporting projects primarily in CST and EST time zones
Base salary up to $125,000, depending on experience
Bonus structure, profit sharing, plus a strong overall benefits package
Company covers all travel expenses and per diem
Consistent efforts to get superintendents home most weekends, at minimum every two weeks
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial projects
Data center experience preferred, but not required with comparable project background
Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills
