Job Opportunity: Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Position: Associate Attorney
Compensation: $100,000– $135,000 Base (DOE) + Quarterly Performance Bonuses
The Role
I am currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Associate Attorney for a high-volume litigation and settlement practice. This position is designed for an attorney who excels at managing the full lifecycle of a personal injury file, from initial client contact through final resolution.
The ideal candidate is a proactive advocate who can balance a demanding caseload with a high level of precision and client care.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management: Lead a diverse portfolio of personal injury cases, ensuring all files are organized and moving toward resolution in compliance with legal standards.
Negotiation: Act as the primary point of contact for insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements that reflect the best interests of the clients.
Drafting & Correspondence: Prepare and file high-quality demand letters, medical record requests, and all essential legal correspondence.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers to gather necessary documentation and provide regular case updates.
Reporting: Maintain accurate case files and provide regular updates on status and settlement projections.
Requirements
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensure: Active member in good standing with the Idaho State Bar.
Experience: Prior experience in personal injury law is required, with a strong understanding of medical records and insurance claim procedures.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
