Construction Coordinator – Residential Custom Home Builder

A leading Residential Custom Home Builder is looking for a Construction Coordinator to join their growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting project teams, staying organized, and using technology to help keep projects running smoothly.

Construction Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination

• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and tracking project information

• Enter and maintain project data in construction management software

• Coordinate ordering of materials and track deliveries

• Maintain organized project files, permits, contracts, and documentation

• Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors

• Assist with job site needs including occasional material pick-ups or deliveries

• Provide general administrative support to the construction team

Construction Coordinator Qualifications:

• Experience in an administrative, construction coordination, or project support role preferred

• Strong technology skills and ability to learn construction management software

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
