Inventory Control and Warehouse Manager Needed
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Control and Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee inventory operations and ensure the efficient management of multiple warehouse facilities across the United States. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of modern inventory control systems and warehouse operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, part tracking, locations, and movement of goods.
Develop and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to reduce discrepancies and loss.
Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping (domestic and international).
Ensure incoming goods are accurately checked and outgoing orders are dispatched on time.
Design and maintain efficient warehouse layout and storage systems for optimal space and workflow.
Coordinate international and domestic freight logistics, including customs documentation and compliance.
Collaborate with the workshop supervisor to ensure all warehousing equipment and tools are operational.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals.
Work closely with procurement and operations teams to forecast inventory needs and manage shipping schedules.
Liaise with in-house and third-party transport providers to optimize delivery efficiency and cost.
Leverage ERP systems to monitor and streamline warehouse and inventory functions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse management
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Working knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse technology
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Clean driving record
