Our client is seeking a litigation attorney to handle their general liability cases. They specialize in employment law, business and general liability, and professional liability, with an emphasis on real estate, construction and design professionals. They represent a broad range of clients including restaurants, educational institutions, architects, engineers, real estate professionals, community outreach organizations, health care facilities, resorts, etc.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of insurance defense/general liability
• Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills
• Self-motivated and able to handle a growing caseload with minimal supervision
• Licensed to practice in Texas

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a diverse docket of professional liability/general liability cases 
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement documents
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Collaborate closely with clients and fellow attorneys to craft effective strategies
• Provide practical, timely legal advice tailored to client goals
