A respected law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking a Probate Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with probate, trust, and estate administration experience to contribute to a well-established practice in a collaborative environment.

What They’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3+ years of probate, trust, and estate administration experience

  • Ability to prepare and file probate pleadings, accountings, and related court documents

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client, court, and attorney interaction

  • Proficiency in eFiling and case management software, with strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume document preparation

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with all phases of probate and trust administration

  • Gather and organize asset and liability information for estates and trusts

  • Prepare pleadings, accountings, and correspondence for attorney review

  • Monitor case deadlines and maintain compliance with court requirements

  • Coordinate with clients, court officials, financial institutions, and opposing counsel

  • Provide administrative support for hearings, filings, and estate planning matters as needed
