Join a growing dairy manufacturing team as a Production Utility Technician. This hands-on role supports production, processing, packaging, and sanitation operations while helping ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality dairy manufacturing. This position also serves as a backup to Production Leadership when needed. Responsibilities
- Support production, processing, and packaging operations
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Assist with changeovers and equipment setup
- Perform sanitation and CIP procedures
- Move raw materials and finished products
- Complete production records and quality checks
- Support food safety, quality, and safety programs
- Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP requirements
- Assist across departments to meet production goals
- Serve as backup Production Supervisor when needed
Qualifications
- Dairy manufacturing experience required, including raw material handling
- Cheesemaker's License required or ability to obtain
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and CIP systems
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work around manufacturing equipment
- Willingness to learn multiple production areas
