Job Description

Join a growing dairy manufacturing team as a Production Utility Technician. This hands-on role supports production, processing, packaging, and sanitation operations while helping ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality dairy manufacturing. This position also serves as a backup to Production Leadership when needed. Responsibilities

  • Support production, processing, and packaging operations
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
  • Assist with changeovers and equipment setup
  • Perform sanitation and CIP procedures
  • Move raw materials and finished products
  • Complete production records and quality checks
  • Support food safety, quality, and safety programs
  • Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP requirements
  • Assist across departments to meet production goals
  • Serve as backup Production Supervisor when needed

Qualifications

  • Dairy manufacturing experience required, including raw material handling
  • Cheesemaker's License required or ability to obtain
  • Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and CIP systems
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work around manufacturing equipment
  • Willingness to learn multiple production areas
