Job Description

A growing and highly respected dairy cooperative with over 50 years in business is seeking Milk Truck Drivers to safely transport bulk milk between dairy farms and processing facilities throughout the western Wisconsin region.

What You'll Do:

• Operate bulk milk tanker trucks safely and efficiently on farm-to-plant routes
• Collect, sample, and transport milk while maintaining quality standards
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections, logs, and required documentation
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
• Communicate with producers, dispatch, and plant personnel
• Follow DOT, FMCSA, safety, and biosecurity requirements

What You Need:

• Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement — Required
• Class A CDL — Preferred
• Current Medical Card
• Strong, verifiable safety record
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
