Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation. This role requires a sharp legal mind, exceptional writing skills, and a commitment to excellence. You’ll work closely with senior attorneys on complex cases, gaining hands-on experience in all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Work collaboratively with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies.
• Maintain a high standard of client service and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 1500 billable requirement

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000, depending on experience, with potential for growth based on performance. Quarterly and year-end bonus structure.
