MEP Superintendent – Commercial Construction

A nationally recognized General Contractor is actively seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial projects across sectors including data centers, healthcare, high-rise, life sciences, and more.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate closely with project management, field teams, and trade partners to drive schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure quality
Lead inspections, testing, and commissioning efforts
Enforce safety protocols and ensure full code compliance
Serve as the go-to technical resource for MEP systems on site
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience as an MEP Superintendent or MEP-focused Construction Supervisor
Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems on large-scale projects
Prior experience in mission-critical, healthcare, or high-rise construction is a strong plus
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Familiarity with BIM coordination, QA/QC, and MEP commissioning processes
Ability to travel or relocate as needed for major projects
