The position requires significant client contact and the ability to excel when working independently. Superior client communication, writing, research, computer, and organizational skills are a must.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Non-profits (including corporate or tax non-profit)
  • Corporate and partnership taxation, state and local taxation, or international taxation 
  • Strong academic and employment credentials
  • Have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
  • Have the ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as in a team environment involving extensive collaboration with other attorneys, paralegals, and office staff
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in dealing with high-net-worth clientele
