One of Northern New England’s largest business and litigation law firms is seeking a Trusts & Estates attorney for its busy practice.  

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience with high net-worth clients, along with experience drafting estate planning documents, including estate tax planning trusts. In addition, they will have experience in probate and trust administration for high net-worth clients as well as experience preparing or assisting in the preparation of estate tax returns and gift tax returns. Superior writing skills and admission to the New Hampshire Bar is required. Admission to the Massachusetts, Maine and/or Vermont Bars a plus.

Requirements:

 

5+ years of experience with high net-worth clients

NH Bar Admission Required

MA, ME, and/or VT Bar Admission a plus
