You'll be part of a collaborative team that includes physicians, physician assistants, RNs, LPNs, and dedicated administrative staff. Our Director of Nursing and Administrator have been with us for over eight years, demonstrating our commitment to stability and strong leadership.

In this vital role, you will:

• Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing all nursing operations and ensuring the highest quality of resident care.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in staff education and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.
• Step in for the Director of Nursing as needed.

What we're looking for:

• Current Colorado RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, regulations, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• A compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
