GPAC is partnering with a reputable CPA firm in West Palm Beach, FL, to identify a dedicated and experienced Tax Senior to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who demonstrate excellence in client service, strong decision-making abilities, and the capability to foster a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage tax compliance and consulting projects for a diverse client base.
Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns, including corporate, partnership, individual, and trust filings.
Provide expert guidance on federal, state, and local tax matters.
Oversee monthly financial reporting, bookkeeping, and general ledger maintenance.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver strategic tax planning solutions.
Mentor and develop junior staff members.
Candidate Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting within public accounting.
CPA certification preferred or in progress.
Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Excellent client service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Demonstrated decision-making ability and leadership in a team setting.
Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
