Attorney – Personal Injury / Workers’ Compensation
Location: Chattanooga, TN
A respected firm in Chattanooga is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join their growing team in the areas of Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about client advocacy and is eager to build their career in litigation.
• Handle personal injury and workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
• Maintain strong communication with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives
• Support senior attorneys in case strategy and litigation management
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to the Tennessee Bar (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience or strong interest in personal injury and workers’ compensation law
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines while providing excellent client service
