TI Superintendent Commercial Construction 

Position Overview: We are seeking a Tenant Improvement (TI) Superintendent with a strong background in managing the day-to-day operations of retail tenant improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have experience handling projects up to $6M and must possess both project management and estimating expertise. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities for retail tenant improvement projects.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedules.
  • Manage site logistics, inspections, and quality control measures.
  • Identify and resolve any construction-related challenges that may arise.
  • Monitor project costs, materials, and labor to stay within budget.
  • Enforce job site safety policies and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Must have retail tenant improvement experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing commercial TI projects up to $6M.
  • Must have estimating experience.
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of project management, scheduling, and estimating.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate multiple subcontractors on-site.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry best practices.
