Commercial Litigation Associate – San Diego
A respected law firm is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate with 5+ years of experience to join its growing team in San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator with a strong foundation in complex commercial disputes to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complex litigation matters including class actions, contract disputes, business torts, trade secrets, and unfair competition
Draft motions, legal memoranda, and discovery
Appear in court and arbitration, argue motions, and take/defend depositions
Conduct in-depth legal research and develop litigation strategies
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Strong academic background
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $175,000 – $250,000, depending on experience
