About the Opportunity A respected and well-established pediatric dental practice near Fresno, CA is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join their team. This position offers exceptional work–life balance with a 3-weeks-on, 1-week-off schedule and 9–5, Monday–Friday hours during working weeks. No nights. No weekends. Steady patient flow and modern technology already in place.
Compensation
$300,000–$450,000+ annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities
Pediatric exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Preventive and restorative care
Pulp therapy and stainless steel crowns
Extractions and space maintenance
Care for patients with special health care needs
Clear communication with patients and parents
Maintain accurate and compliant charting
Qualifications
DDS/DMD from an accredited program
Pediatric Dentistry residency completed (or near completion)
Active CA dental license or ability to obtain
DEA & CPR (or ability to obtain)
