Manufacturer's Sales Representative

Family owned manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturer's Sales Representative to take over a strong, established territory. Manufacturer's Sales Representative must possess a strong understanding of the manufacturing or industrial equipment space. Manufacturer's Sales Representative will be responsible for taking ownership of the territory and must have a strong desire to grow the customer base while maintaining current relationships. 

Manufacturer's Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Take over and grow an established territory
  • Grow customer base while maintaining current relationships
  • Prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals to ensure successful transactions
  • Keep up to date on all company products and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed company growth expectations

Manufacturer's Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Prior territory sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or heavy equipment space
  • Energetic and outgoing individual with industry knowledge
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the sales territory including over night
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
