✨ Meeting new people… constantly ✨ Building relationships with executives, influencers, and A&D professionals ✨ Identifying business opportunities before anyone else sees them ✨ Connecting clients with the right solutions to elevate their workspaces ✨ Collaborating with design and project teams to bring workplace visions to life ✨ Representing a brand that values creativity, curiosity, and connection

✔ Live in Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, or Appleton ✔ Are a natural connector—people genuinely enjoy talking with you ✔ Have 3–7+ years in business development, sales, or a relationship-driven role ✔ Prefer a consultative, human-first approach (no transactional vibes here) ✔ Can juggle long sales cycles, client strategy sessions, and networking coffees with ease ✔ Love seeing a project go from concept → strategy → beautifully finished workspace
