Family Law Attorney 
Location: San Antonio, TX

A respected and growing family law firm in San Antonio is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience to join its dedicated legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking to expand their courtroom experience and establish a robust litigation practice in a supportive, client-focused environment.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, a deep understanding of Texas family law, and the ability to manage cases from intake through final resolution. This firm offers meaningful client interaction, autonomy, and mentorship within a fast-paced and collegial setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, modifications, and enforcement actions

  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials

  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

  • Communicate with clients regularly and manage expectations

  • Work collaboratively with support staff and senior attorneys

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

  • 3–7 years of experience practicing family law

  • Comfortable handling contested matters and appearing in court

  • Strong litigation, writing, and client communication skills

  • Motivated, organized, and able to manage a busy docket independently

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $90,000 – $130,000, depending on experience
