Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Structural Steel Fabrication

Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the structural steel industry. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience, a deep understanding of fabrication and erection standards, and a proven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects. A solid grasp of AISC standards and the ability to lead teams while ensuring project quality, safety, and timely completion are essential. This is a full-time, in-office position with leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale projects in the structural steel fabrication industry.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and strict adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate closely with fabrication, erection teams, and subcontractors to ensure all phases of the project meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with AISC standards and industry best practices across all projects.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any challenges that arise.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to junior project managers, estimators, and support staff.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in the structural steel fabrication industry.
• In-depth knowledge of fabrication and erection standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of AISC standards and their application in structural steel projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and work effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
