Senior Project Manager – Land Development

Location: Dallas, TX

Are you a seasoned Land Development professional ready to take the lead on challenging and high-profile projects in the Dallas market? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected firm where you’ll manage projects from concept through completion, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in client development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence

  • Oversee design, permitting, and construction coordination

  • Maintain strong client relationships and participate in business development efforts

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and project managers

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (PE license required)

  • 10+ years of progressive land development experience, including project management responsibilities

  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously

  • Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use land development

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary: $130,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience)
