We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to join a growing team in managing commercial lines claims with a focus on New York Workers' Compensation law. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full claims lifecycle for commercial lines and NY Workers' Comp claims.
  • Ensure claims are processed efficiently, in compliance with regulations, and meet company standards.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to a growing claims team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriters, adjusters, and other departments to resolve claims.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, offering guidance and updates on claim status.
  • Stay up to date on NY Workers' Comp regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in claims management, with strong knowledge of commercial lines and NY Workers' Comp law.
  • Proven track record of managing complex claims and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
