Low Voltage Technician

Access Control | Fire Alarm | CCTV | Low Voltage On-Site | Company Vehicle Provided

A Technician who can confidently work across access control, fire alarm, CCTV, and low voltage systems. If you are an open-minded team player who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to grow beyond a single focus, this role is designed for you.

Skills You Have to Have:

  • 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Cross-training across multiple systems
  • Door access and fire alarm experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with IP camera systems and networking is a plus

Required Certifications:

  • Power Limited Technician (PLT)
  • NICET Certification

What You Will Do:

  • Install, wire, and program alarm and access control systems
  • Install and configure CCTV and low voltage devices
  • Test systems to manufacturer specifications
  • Use multimeters for voltage, OHM readings, and circuit analysis
  • Program systems via keypad or software interface
  • Connect panels, detectors, keypads, and controls
  • Provide customer walkthroughs and system demonstrations
  • Complete required documentation daily
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
