Compensation: $70k–$90k + Bonus
An established commercial flooring contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Estimator to support its growing portfolio of large-scale commercial construction projects.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in commercial flooring estimating, competitive bidding, and construction plan interpretation, with experience supporting projects involving general contractors, developers, and commercial end users.
Prepare detailed estimates and competitive bids for large-scale commercial flooring projects.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, bid packages, and construction documents.
Perform accurate material takeoffs, labor calculations, and project cost analysis.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing to develop competitive proposals.
Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and sales teams throughout the bidding process.
Identify scope discrepancies, project risks, and value-engineering opportunities.
Commercial flooring estimating experience required.
Experience bidding complex commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of commercial flooring systems, installation methods, and labor requirements.
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction bid documents.
Familiarity with commercial bidding processes and general contractor requirements.
RFMS estimating experience preferred.
$70,000–$90,000 annual compensation
