Master Esthetician or Aesthetician responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments and procedures, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, microneedling with radiofrequency, and non-surgical skin tightening.
• Perform consultations to determine patient skincare goals and objectives and develop a care plan to achieve those goals.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of various skincare product lines, including their ingredients, benefits, and usage, and educate patients on the best products for their specific skin type and concerns.
• Follow up with patients post-treatment to monitor progress, address any complications, and provide additional guidance, if needed.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical aesthetics and maintain proficiency in new techniques and technologies.

 Master Esthetician or Aesthetician Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Aesthetician in the state of Virginia.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of aesthetic experience
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic medicine, including skin care treatments, and aesthetic procedures.
• Proficient in using cosmetic medical equipment and technologies
• Possess excellent clinical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Possess Strong interpersonal and communication skills
