Position Responsibilities:

  • - Work with customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and helpful information
  • - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a patient, professional, and efficient manner
  • - Maintain customer records and update account information
  • - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
  • - Some cross selling will be needed

Position Essential Job Functions:

  • - Excellent phone skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
  • - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
  • - Technical savvy to navigate various systems and software applications
  • - Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously
  • - Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines

Position Skills:

  • - Previous experience in insurance 
  • - Exceptional diplomacy and customer service skills
  • - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • - Must know AMS360
  • - Must be Licensed
