Tax Senior or 1st Year Tax Manager

A well-respected firm in San Diego, CA, is looking for a Tax Senior or 1st Year Manager to join their team. This role offers competitive pay, career growth, and a flexible onsite/hybrid schedule.

What you do:

• Ability to complete individual, corporate, partnership, and business tax returns
• Assure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Tax research, tax projections, tax planning
• Accounting for closely-held businesses
• Communicate with clients over video calls, phone calls, and email

What you need:

• CPA Elgible or EA required
• 3 to 5 years experience in public accounting, specializing in tax
• Bachelors Degree
• Strong technology skills
• Motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude
• Quick learner; adaptability to different working styles
• Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (DOE)
