Job Description/Requirements:

• 5+ years of Body Shop Management experience
• Expert level team leadership
• Ability to grow the business: to take great care of current customers, while also earning the business of new customers
• I-Car Certification and PPG experience is preferred
• Operates solely on integrity and honesty
• Positive attitude, hardworking, reliable, and professional with strong communication skills
