Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Personal Lines clients with billing inquiries and policy modifications
  • Work directly with insurance companies and third parties on policy amendments or coverage inquiries
  • Maintain accurate client data and policy applications in our agency management system
  • Provide quotes for all types of Personal Insurance
  • Process policy renewals and endorsements
  • Support agency billing as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with AMS360 Agency Management System: Desired, but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with agents and insurance representatives
  • High School diploma or GED (required)
  • Ability to learn and navigate insurance company websites

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance (preferred, but not required)

Job Type:

  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Required License:

  • P&C Insurance License (State-issued)
