Hybrid Associate Attorney - Litigation (Plaintiff Side) in Irvine

Job Description

We are a boutique law firm specializing in sexual abuse cases for over 25 years. Our plaintiff-side firm has a strong reputation for representing victims and offers a supportive environment with excellent employee retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sexual abuse cases (individual and class action).
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and trials.
• Prepare legal documents and assist in case strategy.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred).
• No defense experience considered.
• Strong research, writing, and client communication skills.

Work Environment:

• Mostly in-office, with 1-2 days from home.
