My client is looking for a full time Bookkeeper!

This is an on-site position Monday-Friday at the company Headquarters. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial records and reporting.
• Daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Credit card reconciliations.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Assist with budget preparation and audits/tax returns.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Prior real estate experience is not required but familiarity with Yardi and Sage is a plus!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable reading and deciphering legal documents.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills with ability to relate and address issues with a diverse group of people.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

 Salary and Benefits:
