Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and development agreements.
  • Manage and oversee real estate transactions from inception to closing.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
  • Advise clients on legal and regulatory compliance matters related to real estate projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Stay current on legal trends and developments in real estate law.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the PA Bar 
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate transactional law.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
