This is a Leadership Role

Requirements and Duties:

  • Fire Systems Experience – A MUST
  • Valid PLT License
  • Prio Management/Leadership/Office Experience
  • Knowledge of DMP & Digital Watchdog a plus. Tech, customer & sales support is a big piece.
  • Solution oriented, conflict resolution
  • Technical Support and assistance for installation, Service & Inspections, Design Teams (Project walk-throughs)
  • Manage Vendor, Client, Customer Relations
  • Purchasing
  • Establish training/procedures
  • Implementing and enforcing processes to increase efficiency and/or quality
  • Implementing Service programs
  • Hiring, interviewing, and on-boarding of new employees
  • Conducting employee review processes
  • Equipment/tool evaluation & documentation
  • Fleet/Vehicle Management
  • Review job costing and technician efficiencies
  • Low voltage, fire alarm, security, cctv, access control installation experience
  • NICET - Fire Alarm a plus
