Position Summary:
The Senior Estimator leads complex bid packages, develops accurate pricing models, and plays a key role in project award planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead conceptual estimating and GMP development
Perform complex quantity takeoffs and scope reviews
Coordinate subcontractor pricing and bid evaluations
Prepare estimate clarifications and risk assessments
Qualifications:
6–10+ years commercial estimating experience
Strong analytical and pricing methodology knowledge
