🏡 Residential Remodeling Sales Representative

A growing residential remodeling company is actively seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners, building relationships, and closing deals without having to generate their own leads.

The company provides the leads — your job is to meet with homeowners, understand their needs, provide estimates, and close projects.

This role is ideal for someone with strong residential construction or remodeling sales experience who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys helping homeowners bring their projects to life.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to discuss remodeling and renovation needs
• Travel to client homes to perform estimates and consultations
• Build strong client relationships and guide customers through the sales process
• Prepare and present project proposals and pricing
• Close residential remodeling projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling or construction sales experience
• Strong closing ability and customer relationship skills
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and estimates
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional
• Strong communication and follow-through skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for appointments
