A well-established and highly regarded boutique law firm in North Bay is seeking a skilled and motivated Transactional Attorney to join their dynamic team. We are looking for an attorney with 3-7 years of experience to handle a broad range of business, transactional, and real estate matters. The ideal candidate will be able to manage transactions from start to finish, providing strategic guidance to clients and ensuring smooth execution through to resolution. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys while building on your own expertise in complex transactional law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a variety of business, transactional, and real estate matters from inception to completion.
  • Provide legal counsel on business formation, contract negotiations, acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and documents.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide effective, strategic legal solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement best practices for handling transactions.
  • Stay updated on legal developments affecting business, transactional, and real estate law.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • 3-7 years of experience handling business, transactional, and real estate matters.
  • Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
