Civil Litigation & Insurance Defense Attorney
Highly-motivated Litigation Attorney sought to become part of a collegial team with a top-rated private practive law firm in Sugar Land, Texas.
Candidates should have 5-plus years experience in insurance defense and/or civil litigation. The position requires a self-starting personality who also works well in a team environment.
In addition to taking depositions, motion practice and making oral arguments, the candidate must have strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
Experience in the practice areas of premises liability, auto liability, wrongful death, residential/commercial construction defect and product liability would be a plus.
This is a full-time position, in-office.
Skills and Requirements:
