A well-established downtown Miami law firm is seeking an attorney with 3–9 years of law firm experience to join our dynamic insurance defense, business, and professional liability practice.
The successful attorney will represent firm clients in insurance defense matters, business litigation, and professional liability defense, including representing lawyers, accountants, design professionals, trustees and fiduciaries, insurance agents and brokers. (We do not handle medical malpractice or represent doctors or other healthcare professionals.)
This role offers the opportunity for the right attorney to work on a variety of business disputes, insurance defense cases, and professional liability matters. A candidate does not need experience in all categories but must have significant experience in at least one, with a strong interest in expanding into others.
Requirements:
Superior analytical, research, and writing skills
Significant experience in insurance defense, business, or professional liability matters
Courtroom experience not required—we provide opportunities for the right attorney to develop those skills
