What You’ll Do:
Simplify complex processes into clear, actionable SOPs
Review and approve product drawings and specifications with precision
Design and source better tooling and equipment
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks through creative problem-solving
Lead effective, hands-on training sessions
Develop and test prototypes that push boundaries
What You Bring:
Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience
Strong analytical and process improvement skills
Familiarity with MRP systems is a plus
Experience with metal fabrication, welding, or coatings is a bonus
This is an opportunity to help shape what comes next — not just keep pace.
