Job Title: Geotechnical Construction Project Manager

Position Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Geotechnical Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects related to geotechnical engineering. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in managing projects involving micro piles, soil stabilization, deep foundations, and ground improvement (preferred).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to execution and completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage geotechnical construction projects involving micro piles, soil stabilization, deep foundations, and ground improvement.
  • Coordinate and oversee project teams, subcontractors, and labor to ensure work is completed efficiently.
  • Ensure all safety and quality standards are met on-site.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Communicate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Review contracts, plans, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing geotechnical construction projects.
  • Experience with micro piles, soil stabilization, and deep foundations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of construction safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ground improvement projects.
  • Familiarity with geotechnical engineering principles and practices.
